HOW TO REDUCE EDUCATIONAL EXPENSE?

How to reduce educational expense?

Pay high tuition fee doesn’t guarantee a successful career. Then what is the point of paying those high fees?  Education has become business today and you can’t run away from it as education important too! So it is most important to reduce educational expense and save money. If not been carefully school, college and classes will drain all your savings.

educational is costly

There are a few points that you should keep in mind.

What is the actual use of the course?

    why this course

If you are going for a particular course of qualification, find out what is the use of it. If this qualification is going to be just used to take further admission, then there is no need for you to go for best, expensive school or college, you can go for cheap and decent school. This will help you build funds for future higher studies and you will not have to compromise on education because of lack of fund.

One of the problems that I have seen is that people spend more on school and college and are clueless about how to go for higher education. As a result of which many of them have to discontinue education or take education loan.

    Save on travelling.

If possible, opt for educational institute near you. This will save you on travelling. As you will have to go school every day traveling expenses will become significant over time.

    Don’t buy new text books.

This is simple; you can get a second hand textbook from your senior student or second hand book stores. This text book is very cheap compared with the new one. Rarely there is any change in the text book so having second hand copy with make least different.

Spend more only on the final degree you get.

The wise thing to do is to do school, college and bachelor from a local institute and going to renowned institute only for masters or any other higher studies.

This will be like killing two birds with one arrow, because nobody cares about your school and college only the latest institute you passed out from matters and you will be saving a lot of money.

Does the name of institute really matter?

Many people will say that it helps you to get placement. Yes! I agree with you, but it only helps to get the 1st placement the latter achievements depends on you and your talent. If you do not pass out from a renowned institute you may have to work at a lower package for a while, but as you gain experience much other company will definitely offer you a handsome package.

I have seen many graduates of the local institute reaching greater success over time.

If you go for the local institute to complete your education it would make the least difference over the long run, if you are dedicated and hard working.

Don’t ever go for private tuition.

What I have seen in a many houses is that parents are busy with their work as a result of which they are not able to help their children with studies and homework. So they join a private tuition and guess what this private tuition cost is even greater that school tuition fees.

Yes, initially when the kid is small you can go for private tuition, but gradually make your child do his studies by his own. In today’s era when everything is online there is no excuse for it.

This will not only save you money but also make your children smart and independent.

    Have a goal

Many a times teenager don’t know what they want to be they keep on procrastinating and will just go with the flow. But sooner or later they have to take decision, there is no way around it.

    goal setting

If you decide on your goal, you can search for ways to get the desired qualification in less time. For example, if you have a firm goal that you want to be an engineer, you can go for diploma after 10th  instead of junior college. This will give you direct entry into the second year of engineering degree course. Not to mention you will be saving those high class fees for entrance examination.

    Conclusion

You need to be practical when spending on education. As most of the people spend considerable span of their life in an education institute. A little research and goal setting will reduce your educational expense and save you a lot of money.
